Exchange Policy

We operate in limited collections, so exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving the product.

• Items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached.

• If the desired item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.

• Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defect or dispatch error.
