Returns and Refund Policy

At Prestivus, we honour your right to cancel in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013).

• You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible, the item must be unused, with original tags and in its original packaging.

• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.

• Refunds are issued via the same payment method used at checkout.
